Responsibilities will span pre-operative and post-operative care, circulating in the operating room, and handling administrative tasks. In this key leadership position, duties will extend to managing and maintaining regulatory compliance with AAAHC, accrediting bodies, and licensing agencies. Fostering a positive work environment for the dedicated team, this DON will implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction. 

Qualifications for this role include an RN license, with multiple years of surgical nursing experience or PACU experience preferred.
